Returns Policy
You may return new, unworn, unopened items within 14 days from date of delivery for an exchange, or store credit if we have authorised you to do so. You must contact us first in the event that you may need to return your item. We do not refund for change of mind, or if you simply do not like the item. Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee on all orders. The restocking fee on cancelled orders is charged regardless of if your order was cancelled prior to us sending out or not.
NB. No refunds will be issued on any Personalised item.
Our Simple Return Process
1. If you need to return an item for exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or alternatively you can email us with details of the return, (size issue, or fault) by using the contact form on our Contact page.
2. We will advise you via email if your exchange/store credit is approved. Please do not send items back to us until you hear from us first.
3. Once we have been in touch, return your item to us via a trackable method. When returning an item please send the parcel via a trackable method (Registered Post). This is to ensure that your parcel is returned to us safely so that we are able to process your refund or exchange. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed if your parcel is not received by us, and registered post protects both parties. It is your responsibility to to ensure your parcel is packaged correctly and reaches us safely in as new condtion with all packaging if applicable. If Australia Post loose your parcel on it's way back to us you can seek a refund from Australia Post for your item.
4. Once your item has been received by us, we will inspect the item within 10 days or less, to ensure it is acceptable. We will then process a refund/exchange/store credit, as agreed previously with you.
Will I Receive a Refund/Exchange or Store Credit?
If we have sent you an incorrect item it will be replaced with the correct one. If you have received a faulty item it will be replaced with another of the same item. We do not refund for change of mind, even if you cancel your order prior to us shipping your order. There will be no exchange or refunds on personalised items due to the nature of the product and the fact that it has been personalised.
Who Pays For Return Postage?
If you wish to exchange an item, or size is not correct, you are responsible for return postage charges both ways. If the item you received is not what you ordered (we sent you the wrong item), or if the item is faulty we are responsible for return postage both ways.
Can I Exchange for a Different Item?
Yes, you may exchange for a different item if you are returning and exchanging a ready made item. No exchanges will be accepted on personalised items.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Your refund will be processed back to you the same way that you orginally paid. For eg. Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Account, or Afterpay.
How Do I Use Store Credit?
If we are giving you Store Credit for your returned item we will email to you a Voucher Code that you can use in our store. This code is valid for one use only.
