Please note, all Personalized Scrabble Tile frames are hand made as the orders are placed. There is a turn around time of approx 10 working days for your item to be made. At times when I am busy it may take a day or two longer than this. Please take these times into account when placing your order. If you need your order by a specific date please leave the date in the comments on your order.
Although I take great care when making your order, it is a made item, and therefore could have some imperfections. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
NB. Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before submitting your order. I will make your frame using the exact details that you provide. If you enter incorrect details the item will not be remade free of charge. You will have to repurchase the item again.
