Express post on request: A quote will be given if you tell us what is in your cart. We will then send a paypal invoice for the additional cost, or add a special product to the website for you for the additional postage charge.
The postage prices on some items have already been discounted, as we cover the cost of some of the shipping of our heavier items such as frames, money boxes, mugs etc.
Delivery Times - IMPORTANT - DUE TO LOCKDOWNS IN VARIOUS STATES DELIVERY TIMES ARE MUCH LONGER THAN NORMAL.
Standard Post. As a guide depending on what state you live in your Regular Post parcel will generally take 3-10 days to arrive after dispatch. Please note, Australia Post have recently changed their regular post delivery times. Parcels now take 2-3 days longer than they have in the past.
Express Post delivery is overnight to some post codes, but not others. If you choose Express Post and live in an express delivery zone you should expect your parcel within 1-2 business days of dispatch. If you live outside the express delivery zone your parcel will take 2-3 business days from date of dispatch. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card advising you to collect from your nearest Post Office.
When Will My Order Be Posted?
Parcels that do not contain items which have to be hand made will normally be posted within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment and your order will be marked as shipped when posted. Please log into your account to check if your order has been sent or not.
Hand made items can take anywhere between 5-10 working days for me to make depending on time of year, and how many orders I have received. Shipping time is in addition to the time it takes me to make your item.
We will not be held liable for late delivery. We post all orders in a timely manner and once posted your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post. We can not and will not be held responsible for late deliveries caused by Australia Post. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded due to late delivery.
If you feel your parcel is late please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Once Australia Post have finished with their enquiry (usually up to a week) we will issue any replacements at our discretion. Replacement items will not be sent out until Australia Post have finished with their enquiry.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. If an item goes missing once it is showing as being delivered on Australia Posts website we strongly urge you to lodge a claim with Australia Post.
Address Error
If you have entered an incorrect address when your order was placed and it is returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover all additional postage costs involved for re-delivery of your parcel. As we post items very quickly for non hand made items it is very important for you to contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address. Changing it by logging into your account will NOT work as the invoice for your order has already been generated and would have been printed by us as soon as you order.

Customs & Duty Charges International Orders may be subject to import duties at the country of destination. These charges or duties may be charged when your parcel arrives in your country. We are unable to tell you if you will be charged any extra fees on your parcel. Any duties or extra fees are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be held liable for these. If you do not pay any duties that your country may apply to your parcel we will not accept a return, and will not refund the cost of your order. If you are concerned about import or custom duties please contact your local post office in your country for advice before placing your order.
